For your convenience and depending on the urgency of your shipment, we are offering different shipping methods for our customers. During checkout a list of all available shipping services will be listed up including detailed information about the service and shipping lead time.
Airmail:
Normal air-mail is the cheapest way. This shipping option is available for smaller shipments with a weight of below 2kg. Airmail shipments are carried out through your local post, there is no online tracking facility available for this service. It usually takes around 5 to 14 days for Airmail shipments to arrive at your destination, under certain circumstances this may result into a maximum of 4 to 5 weeks though.
EMS Speedpost:
EMS is faster and reliable. We suggest you to use the EMS speed post. EMS Speedpost is the local courier shipment solution from the Hong Kong post, the delivery will usually take place through your local post office as well. EMS Speedpost shipments are very safe and take usually around 2 to 4 days to reach your destination, only. We will provide a tracking number for all EMS shipments. While there is no global tracking possibility for those shipments, customers can track their parcels online at www.hongkongpost.com as long as the shipment is still in Hong Kong and via the local delivery company once the destination country has been reached.
Courier shipment:
For most urgent shipping needs we are offering courier shipment services via one of the major courier shippers, such as UPS, FedEx or DHL. Courier shipments usually take just 1-3 days to reach your door step and can be tracked online at any time. A tracking number will be e-mailed to you for your convenience after your order was sent out.
Final note: All shipping lead times are for reference purposes only. In exceptional cases, longer lead times may apply and shipments may be delayed by your local customs office. Asia Mart does not offer any guarantee on the shipping lead times listed up. |
